Circularity awards

The dc Circularity Award’s were created in collaboration with our Circularity Champions to demonstrate the power of innovation and collaboration. There is no judging panel to impress, no sponsorship to buy, no black-tie dinner to travel to.
The awards are based on criteria and presented to our collaborators annually, online and for free.

The Emerging Designer Award is open to students, undergraduates, apprentices and employees, freelancers or founders who’ve worked for less then three years.

Criteria: pre-production design materials must be a minimum of:

50% recycled or sustainably sourced
50% refurbishable
50% recyclable

Merits:

50%, 50%, 75% – 1 Star

50%, 75%, 75% – 2 Star

75%, 75%, 75% – 3 Star
